SIZZLING PORK SISIG or PORK SISIG

To start off, I’ll first give a brief background of the company – Nabong Food Service. This is a family owned company that started to be just a hobby and turned out to become a business. They have started to cook food for relatives and close friends which led them to venture into food business and serve other clients as well.
Delivering party trays would not be complete if you do not order their signature dish — PORK SISIG. Sisig is a Filipino dish made from parts of pig’s head and liver, usually seasoned with calamansi and chili peppers. Nabong Food Service has their own version of making sisig. Bes, promise, iba ‘ho ang lasa niya kesa sa mga sisig na nabibili sa mga restaurant na puro chicharon lang naman laman.
See? Picture pa lang natatakam ka na. This sisig is incomparable to the ones that we can buy at food stalls in the mall and restaurants. Hindi tinitipid yung ingredients and fresh lahat.
For as low as 55 pesos, you can have a single serve of pork sisig and garlic rice and egg.
