“Whatever your mind can conceive, the body can achieve.”
I can attest to this power because a few years ago when I was still employed, I wanted a job that I can do within the comforts of my own home. I wanted to be like those writers and bloggers that I would often see in coffee shops typing away on their laptops. I knew I wanted that. But how? I’m not a writer nor a blogger. But I knew that’s the kind of job I’d really enjoy. Fast forward to 2015, I finally landed an online job! As a VA freelancer! I really appreciate that this job allows me to wake up at a certain time of the day and don’t need to rush to work and contend with hundred other commuters. A regular job is very restricting in that sense, while work from home is freeing.
Let me ask you now – What would you choose? The obvious choice here is the latter. Many would decide otherwise only because of fear. But then again, it’s all in the mind. Take the first step and as you progress, you gain confidence.
I encourage you to identify your goals and set your mind to it. Work on it one step at a time and you’ll eventually find them within reach. Just take the first step. NOW.
Henry Ford made a lot of sense when he said, “Whether you think you can or you think you can’t, you’re right.”
